Chief Financial OfficerThe Stemilt group of companies is seeking executive-level CFO based in Wenatchee WA. Stemilt is a family-owned organization dedicated to cultivating people and delighting consumers. Stemilt is an industry leader with ambitions for continued growth. Candidate should have degree in accounting/finance or similar (MBA preferred) with 7+ years experience, and extensive knowledge of GAAP + statutory accounting principles (CPA or CMA preferred). Should have CFO or similar senior management experience in a company with complex financials include multiple business segments + extensive balance sheet. Responsible to manage all financial activities and participate with senior leadership to set strategy + analyze capital allocation decisions, in keeping with goals, objectives, culture of organization.
