Requirements: Bachelor’s in any field or equivalent, & 5 years of progressively responsible experience creating & implementing global services operations charter for system availability improvement. Prior experience must include 5 years of progressively responsible experience implementing early detection of issues & effective incident triage processes; implementing IT Service Management tools to cover core IT services operations; developing, implementing & devising technical operational strategies; performing fact-finding, business & engineering analyses, & the establishment of KPIs to monitor system & service quality; & working w/ internal & external stakeholders for global engineering & business operations functions.
