Fallon, Bixby, Cheng and Lee, Inc., a privately held Immigration attorney office in San Francisco, is looking for a part time accountant (20 hours/week). The position will be located in the financial district of San Francisco. Job Responsibilities: Generate client invoices Issue filing fee checks, record transaction into multi systems Process payments from customers (credit card, check, bank wires) Record payments to QuickBooks for operating acct & cost acct Record daily cash balances Close client cases in database and file Reconcile credit card statement, bank statement, cash flow, balance sheet in QuickBooks and Monthly client cost account report in database Prepare payroll submissions Qualifications: General accounting knowledge Detail oriented to track all client fees and filing fees Good communications skills to work internally with attorneys At Fallon, Bixby, Cheng, and Lee, we are passionate about advocating on behalf of each and every one of our clients, whether an individual starting a business, a family member seeking to immigrate a relative or an established corporation seeking to bring an employee on board as soon as possible. recblid v1htxz55kd528brnnx9y9f44pguh3u
