We are seeking a full-time VP Home Loan Officer to join our AgCountry team in the Fergus Falls, Alexandria, Fargo, or Detroit Lakes office.We will consider other office locations for the right candidate. You will drive sales within the team and lead the consumer lending function in the organization; manage the total AgCountry value proposition and business relationship at the individual customer level; and supervise assigned staff.If you are a team player, have a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or related field, minimum of five years’ experience in consumer lending or real estate sales/brokerage field with supervisory/leadership experience preferred, possess strong analytical and communication skills and are self-motivated, apply today!
