Primary Responsibilities: Interpret plans and specifications in order to prepare written proposals for bids and proposalsPossess knowledge of local material, labor and equipment costsMaintain understanding of all local, city and state building codes in assigned locationsManage and train project engineers and assistant project estimators to ensure proper growth within the organizationContinuously develop and improve upon knowledge for all product lines, including masonry, drywall, concrete, masonry restoration, building envelope and waterproofing Education and Experience: B.S. Degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting is preferred2 years of commercial drywall estimating experience as an Assistant Estimator OR 5-7 years of total commercial drywall estimating.Powered by JazzHR
