Job Description Salary will be based on Experience and Education. ** To work directly with CFO in a fast paced Accounting Department Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare journal entries on a monthly basis Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis Perform bank reconciliations Complete month-end processing Prepare monthly reports and schedules Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner Education Required: Associates Degree with Accounting courses Skills: 2+ years’ experience in accounting preferred Highly proficient in Excel Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational and analytical skills Able to read and understand financial reports Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships Powered by JazzHR
