Description:

Job Duties: Un-package inbound shipments prepare receipts in inventory control system, and route items to receiving inspection or stage for distribution. Logistics/Shipping/Warehousing Coordinate all off site warehouse storage and retrieval requests and transport/retrieve items from off-site warehouse upon request including warehouse inventory tracking system updates Compile stockroom metrics data to facilitate monthly reporting Locate product, prepare documentation, label product, and package customer orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner Communicate with customers daily including shipping updates, order inquiries, and general logistics questions Communicate with a variety of domestic and international shipping companies to coordinate pickups and deliveries Intake and log all customer returns Accept and process all customer orders after receiving Assist with product inventory management Work closely with Customer Support Team and Production Team Inventory management and forecasting for stock. Requirements: 100% onsite position Must be able to pass a background check Creating excel reports Experience in electronic printed circuit board handling Powered by JazzHR
