We are looking for an experienced Agile Team Lead to join our organization and lead our Agile teams to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities: Lead the Agile team and facilitate Agile methodologies and processes within the organization Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and values Manage the Agile process, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress Foster a collaborative and productive team environment Work with product owners to ensure the product backlog is properly prioritized and refined Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders Continuously monitor and improve the team's performance Mentor team members and provide guidance on Agile best practices Powered by JazzHR
