Job Summary: We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Proposal Manager to join our team. As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality proposals to win new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, subject matter experts, and writers, to create compelling and persuasive proposals that align with client requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in proposal management, excellent project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end proposal management process, from opportunity identification to final submission. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to analyze RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and develop effective proposal strategies. Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings to establish timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables. Work closely with subject matter experts and writers to gather and incorporate technical information into proposals. Ensure compliance with RFP requirements, formatting guidelines, and proposal submission instructions. Develop and maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and boilerplate materials for efficient proposal development. Conduct thorough reviews and edits of proposals to ensure clarity, coherence, and consistency of messaging. Manage multiple proposals simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet proposal deadlines. Facilitate proposal review meetings to obtain feedback and incorporate revisions into the proposal. Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams to develop visually appealing and engaging proposal documents. Track and report on proposal metrics, including win rates, success factors, and lessons learned. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in proposal management.
