We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial records and reports. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, analytically inclined, and passionate about maintaining the financial health of an organization.Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify financial data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate reporting. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
