Job description Support plant manager by instruction, leading and coaching the operation team to ensure the compliance of HSEQ regulatory Own and maintain respective management systems to meet quality and quantity requirements Manage process & operation optimization and organize trouble shooting of the unit to improve unit reliability and efficiency Contribute to plant personnel management including planning, staffing, performance and development to ensure safe and efficient operation Communicate in respective unit/plant and with main interfaces to attain production goals Contribute in/Manage Projects, e.g. cost saving, performance improvement, investments, integrations to ensure project delivery Delegate to fulfill legal as the deputy of plant manager to requirement and operating needs Support and coordinate with maintenance organization the maintenance activities from production site Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience level: 4 years Shift: 8 hour shift Night shift Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Carbondale, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Manufacturing management: 4 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Shift availability: Overnight Shift (Required) Work Location: In personPowered by JazzHR
