Job description Coordinate and schedule expert deposition and trial testimony Support attorneys through all stages of litigation Ensure all files are kept updated, maintained and organized Assist attorneys with preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests Organize and maintain case files and other legal documents Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys Prepare exhibits for court hearings and trials Schedule appointments, depositions, and court appearances Manage document management systems and databases Transcribe dictation and prepare correspondence Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Richmond, VA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Associate (Required) Experience: Litigation paralegal: 4 years (Required) Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: Paralegal Certificate (Preferred) Work Location: In personPowered by JazzHR
