Job Summary:As the Telecom Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our telecommunications operations. You will lead a team of talented professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient network infrastructure, seamless service delivery, and exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise in telecom operations will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our company and ensuring our services meet the highest standards.Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of telecom professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our telecom network, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and service quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, IT, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless integration and operation of network infrastructure. Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks or issues, and implement appropriate solutions to optimize network efficiency. Develop and enforce telecom operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, and incorporate them into our telecom operations. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and services. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to telecom operations, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Implement and maintain best practices for incident management, change management, and capacity planning to ensure a robust and reliable telecom infrastructure.
