This is a temp to perm opportunity for successful candidates! Essential Job Functions • Abide by all safety and company policies including wearing all required safety gear as instructed and by policy.• Maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the day, including tools and form storage• Daily maintenance and service to your tools and equipment. • Form setup, strip and pouring as assigned. • Rebar configuration and assembly. • Maintaining quality of finished products. • Perform any other duties as assigned. Non-essential Job Functions • Assist other departments as needed to be a part of the team concept of the entire facility.• Participate as a Safety Program Sponsor when called upon by management. Requirements • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent• Ability to lift 40lbs on a regular basis• Ability to climb up and down ladders numerous times a day• Ability to handle rebar or mesh safely• Ability to work on your feet for the majority of the day• Ability to read blueprints preferred
