Responsibilities: Franchise Sales Leadership: Lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive franchise sales, including developing sales strategies, managing leads, and collaborating with the sales team. Construction Oversight: Manage the construction process for new franchise locations, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion. Real Estate Strategy: Develop and implement a real estate strategy, including site selection, lease negotiations, and building relationships with landlords and property owners. Franchisee Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new franchisees, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into our franchise system. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and research to identify and evaluate potential franchise development opportunities in target markets. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including franchisees, legal, finance, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and successful execution of franchise development goals. Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial aspects related to franchise development, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Qualifications: Proven experience in franchise development, with a track record of successful franchise sales and network growth. Strong understanding of construction processes and real estate development within the context of franchising. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Financial acumen related to franchise development budgets and financial goals.
