Job Description Tax Manager - International Tax Services We are seeking Manager level candidates to grow our International Tax Services (ITS) practice. ITS provides a wide range of tax consulting and tax compliance services for a full spectrum of middle-market multinational businesses and high net worth individuals. Key Responsibilities Assist clients to identify and address complex domestic and international tax issues Supervise multiple international tax engagements and contribute to the delivery of high quality tax planning services Build and manage client relationships, and deliver international tax services that exceed client expectations Retain, develop, and guide client service team members by providing on-the-job training, effective performance feedback and ensuring assigned responsibilities are consistent with skills and developmental goals Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on international tax trends, developments and technical authorities, and apply this knowledge to complex issues Identify and assist with development of new business opportunities Respond to notices from domestic and foreign tax authorities Direct client contact involving international income tax matters, transactional consulting, tax research, and compliance Ability to anticipate client questions and is prepared to respond with practical solutions than can be implemented Apply complex and innovative transfer pricing concepts and economic knowledge to resolve international, corporate tax issues Coordinating work with other client service departments and industry groups to drive collaboration - Qualifications of ITS Manager Candidates: Bachelors in business, finance, economics, management or other related fields of study MBT / MST, JD, LLM or MACC / MPAC is desirable Must be a CPA or member of a State bar Minimum of 6 years of work experience in professional services or public accounting firm Excellent oral and written communications skills Effective time management skills Ability to work in fast paced professional services environment Related Jobs: Client Outsourced Accounting Manager Manhattan Beach,, CA Senior Internal Auditor - Hedge Fund/Alternative Investment Los Angeles, CA Audit Staff - Audit Senior Accountant - (Japanese Bilingual) - Remote Torrance, CA Login to save this search and get notified of similar positions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
