Building Surveyor (Chartered / Associate) Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Competitive salary + Excellent Benefits Job Type: Permanent The Client: Our client is a well: established real estate consultancy firm, committed to delivering and maintaining a sustainable built environment. The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for Chartered Building Surveyor to join our client. You will be focusing on TDD and Dilapidations for various commercial real estate properties. Responsibilities: Conduct surveys for vendors and pre: acquisition backssments of commercial properties. Assist building/quantity surveying teams in tasks related to dilapidations, TDD, and measured surveys. Act as a primary contact for building surveying instructions. Provide excellent client care, nurture key relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Contribute to the development and mentorship of junior surveyors. Collaborate with directors and associates to coordinate workloads across nearby offices. Requirements: Previously worked as a Building Surveyor or in a similar role. Prior experience in diverse commercial real estate sectors. Skilled in TDD, dilapidations, and building surveys. Possession of the MRICS designation. Background within a consultancy. (Desirable) Competent in project related tasks. (Desirable) Knowledge about the local market, capable of growing a robust network of contacts and business opportunities.
