JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Building Surveyor Your main responsibility will be to provide a full building surveying service to a range of clients across different sectors. As a Senior Building Surveyor, the expectation will be to give support and advice to other members of the surveying team. In addition to this your main duties include: A Provide professional building surveying duties including building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition, party wall awards. A Working on a variety of projects valued up to a A GBP 1 million in a range of sectors including public, retail and leisure and residential. A Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new clients nationally and locally. A Self: generation of business opportunities with the value in the ranges of A GBP 50K : A GBP 70K. A Develop and maintain an up: to: date awareness of all necessary legislation sharing knowledge and information where appropriate.
