Financial Controller : Hospitality Multi brand business Sector: Hospitality Location: Central London Salary: up to A GBP 60,000 plus bonus We are recruiting a Financial Controller to join a growing hospitality investment firm based in Central London. The Financial Controller will have broad responsibility across the whole finance function and will have frequent interaction with the senior stakeholders. You will be managing one Management Accountant as well as several finance assistants and report directly to the Founding Partners. The Financial Controller must have at least 5 years experience in a similar role. Hospitality experience is essential for this role. Key responsibilities Review monthly management accounts Review Weekly bank and monthly balance sheet reconciliations Monthly cash flow forecasting and reporting; Process Payroll Review quarterly VAT returns Manage annual audit; Prepare monthly finance reporting packs Circulate weekly flash P and Ls Closely monitor costs and suggest cost saving options Work with Partners on ad hoc projects Candidate Profile Ideally qualified Accountant or part qualified Highly motivated, ambitious and a self: starter Hospitality experience Knowledge of xero Knowledge of Payroll.
