Payroll Manager : Hospitality Group Role : Payroll Manager Location : London / Wembley Salary : Up to A GBP 50k Im working with a Hospitality Group that has been leading the scene of casual dining for generations. The payroll manager will lead the processing of multiple payrolls for over 6,000 staff and manage a team of three people. Coordinating department workload and maintaining the monthly work calendar, including ensuring timely payment and reporting of payroll reports. The ideal payroll manager will have extensive experience in end: to: end payroll processing, managing small teams and new systems implementations. Job Responsibilities : Source and implement a new automated: driven time and attendance software that can support and/or resource payroll support. Identify and implement automation opportunities where possible. Coordinate and oversee the entire payroll process, including RPI increases, data collection from various sources, validation, calculations, and deductions. Maintain and update employee payroll records utilising trackers, including personal information, bank details, tax codes, and other relevant data. Process new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary/bonus changes accurately and promptly from the People Team payroll change tracker. Administer employee benefits such as managing, tracking, and posting bonus accruals/payments accurately per department, pension scheme contributions, health insurance, and other statutory or voluntary benefits for benefits in kind reporting. Manage and provide guidance to external vendors to resolve payroll: related queries, issues, and discrepancies. Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll. The successful candidate: Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with a focus on UK: specific platforms. Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
