Chart Lane and Willow House offers short: term accommodation based support to adults experiencing mental health issues. We support people to maintain a tenancy and develop the skills and confidence to live independently. Taking a recovery approach through use of Recovery Star and proactive partnership working with statutory and non: statutory support agencies we aim to support our residents achieve the best outcomes. We're seeking a Deputy Local Service Manager to join our dedicated Care and Support team, to ensure the highest standards of care and support are achieved. We're looking for an efficient, productive, and compassionate Deputy Local Service Manager with a drive to succeed and a passion for empowering people. We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression.
