Private Client Solicitor, 6+ years PQE, Liverpool, Top 100 law firm seeking experienced Private Client Solicitor for its highly rated team : or register your interest, Melanie on 850 or email with your CV JOB: Senior Private Client Solicitor LOCATION: Liverpool EXPERIENCE: 6+ PQE THE ROLE: You will be working with a wide range of HNW clients including families, business owners, and landed estates advised on complex tax and trusts, wills, probate and LPA matters. The appointed Senior Private Client Solicitor will take responsibility for the mentoring of supervising junior fee: earners as well as generating new business for the team and the firm. THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have at least 6 years' PQE handling complex private client matter and ideally be STEP qualified. The role will require the successful candidate to be confident and able to make decisions that are consistent and reflect the agreed decision: making criteria, regulations, policies, and procedures. You will have a proven track record advising HNW clients on lifetime and death estate and tax planning, inheritance tax mitigation, estate administration, and the formation, taxation and administration of trust structures.
