Under supervision and/or direction, the Certified Surgical Assistant works under the direction of the surgeon to perform comprehensive care in the perioperative environment. Job Requirements The Surgical Technologist assists in the organization of sterile equipment and patient care in the operating room in accordance with established Federal, State, and accreditation standards and clinic policies and procedures. Assists with the nurses and providers in delivering the highest standard of patient care through high level clinical expertise and patient advocacy.
