Job Summary T.L Hanks Excavating in now hiring for:Heavy Equipment operators - experience with excavator, hammer, compactor, loader, water truck, and grade tractor for site prep. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities Site pad, arena, and barn site prep grading and excavation for custom homes Ability to read and interpret site plans Ability to be able to direct crews Ability to do hillside work Ability to do final/finish grades within 1/10 Day-to-day activities of the position. Current hours are 7am - 3pm M-S Work is mostly in the Rio Verde/ Scottsdale area Function of this position Ability to work with and direct others on the job Opportunity for growth in career with more experience and knowledge. Qualifications and Skills Experience with Heavy Equipment . Ability to lift 50 pounds Reliable and Dependable Ability to perform​​​ physical job tasks in all climate conditions Reliable Transportation and phone Benefits and Perks Benefits Vacation Pay Holiday Pay Sick Pay Yearly Bonuses Other Benefits Not a regular 9-5 office job.
