JOB DESCRIPTION Elaya Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA’s or NP’s) with treating High Blood Pressure (Hypertension), High Cholesterol, Endocarditis, Myocarditis, Atrial Fibrillation (Afib) and blood clots. - Ability to make up to $90 per hour - Responsibilities: PA or NP will provide direct care to adult patients with a wide range of heart conditions, primarily those associated with advanced age but may also include conditions such as High Blood Pressure (Hypertension), High Cholesterol, Endocarditis, Myocarditis, Atrial Fibrillation (Afib) and blood clots. PA or NP will order tests such as Electrocardiogram (EKG), Echocardiogram, X-rays and MRI when clinically appropriate. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nursing School 6 Months Work Experience Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in NY State About Elaya Health : Elaya Health is a subdivision of mAbs Rx, a privately owned and operated administrative services organization whose mission is to assist physician practices in their goal of providing personalized care and education to patients and their families, helping make the procedural experience as comfortable as possible.
