Opportunity The Impact Class Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the logistical and administrative aspects of Impact Classes within LIFE SURGE’s Real Estate and Trade classes. This role involves coordinating class schedules, communicating with instructors and participants, and ensuring a smooth and efficient learning experience. The Impact Class Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting educational initiatives and facilitating the overall success of impact-driven programs. Scope of Work Execute attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of all event materials, paperwork, and setups Efficient time management of tight schedules and deadlines Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, attendees, and supervisors. Work collaboratively with team members and leadership Basic computer and software usage for data entry, printing, and communication Apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues that may arise during events Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred A friendly and approachable demeanor, serving as the first point of contact for attendees. Prioritize attendee satisfaction and consistently deliver excellent customer service. Understand and align with LifeSurge's mission and values Ability to collaborate positively with a team and other departments Proactive and problem-solving attitude Maintain and stay current with all compliance requirements. Qualifications Highschool diploma or equivalentEvent-coordination and administrative experience is a plus Physical Requirements Meet the physical demands of events, including standing for extended periods, lifting, and moving materials. Travel Domestically 28-40 weeks per year from Thursday to Monday. This position is a contracted 1099 position, not a W-2 position, which means that the individual is considered an independent contractor and is responsible for handling their own taxes, benefits, and other financial obligations.
