Job Description: As a Promotional Representative, you will be at the forefront of event planning andexecution. Your primary responsibility will be to research and identify suitable locations,set up event logistics, and ensure the successful hosting of events on behalf of ourclients. Key Responsibilities: Event Research: ● Conduct thorough research to identify ideal event locations based onclient objectives and target demographics.● Negotiate with venues and vendors to secure the best possible terms andpricing. Logistics Coordination: ● Plan and coordinate event logistics, including setup, equipment, andmaterials needed for successful execution.● Ensure your event will be a positive experience for every customer. Venue Setup: ● Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring they align with theclient's branding and messaging.● Manage on-site coordination to guarantee a seamless event experience.Client Interaction:● Act as a liaison between our agency and clients, providing regular updatesand seeking client input and approvals.● Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives for eachevent. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (orequivalent experience).● Excellent organizational and project management skills.● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.● Creativity and the ability to think on your feet.● Proficiency in event planning software and tools is a plus.● Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
