Our firm is looking for an applicant who can manage case files from start to finish and help our clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. We need someone with excellent credentials, a real passion for helping people, and the ability to learn fast while being organized. If this sounds like you, apply today! Responsibilities: --- Arrange suitable agreements and settle on the clients' behalf when appropriate --- Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case and conduct legal research on case law and premises liability --- Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretary --- Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system --- Handle personal injury case files from start to finish Qualifications: --- State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory --- A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired --- Computer proficiency is essential --- Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired About Company: The Ugwonali Law Group is an award-winning attorney firm that will take a hands-on approach to every case we handle.
