We are looking for a EMEIA Sales Operations Manager to join us at the Kurt J. Lesker Company at our European headquarters based in St. Leonards, East Susinteraction. What you’ll do: As the EMEIA Sales Operations Manager you will be responsible to: Drive the EMEIA business forward by supporting the internal sales team providing “high level” assistance through knowledge of KJLC operating procedures to provide effective business solutions Ensure the sales teams run as effectively and productively as possible interacting with leadership, global counterparts and supporting functions to drive revenue for the organisation Collaborate closely with other functional business disciplines to facilitate training, onboarding, and guide new sales team members Provide sales leadership with data and make recommendations for improving sales funnel, sales processes, and results Lead CRM hygiene and ensure CRM discipline to maximise potential and ensure customer centricity Support and implement planning, forecasting, and budgeting efforts within EMEIA Internal sales Provide system, process, contacts, and operational coaching to sales team members Help resolve issues and offer alternative tactics and strategies to accomplish sales goals Follow-up, track, and report on goals progress planned by the area, market, and leadership Continuously review and monitor the sales team performance through key performance indicators (KPI’s) Other Duties as assigned We’d love to hear from you if you: Have extensive sales operation management experience with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels, within and outside of the organisation.
