Burton Mill Solutions, a subsidiary of Wood Technologies International, is looking for their future Western Canada Territory Sales Manager. In this role, you will sell Burton Mill Solutions (BMS) products and services direct to End Users and through Distribution Channels where applicable. You will be responsible responsible for establishing a Territory Plan to effectively manage the channel and grow sales and providing timely market and competitive information and customer feedback to the Organization. You will be expected to have great expertise with implementing more effective sales techniques specifically tailored to each group of clients. Success in this position will be demonstrated by your ability to achieve or beat the established revenue targets set by the organization. Essential Functions: Traveling to customer sites. Work to meet or exceed the Territory Sales Plan / Quota while remaining within your territory spending budget. Develop and implement a territory strategy which encompasses maintaining existing business, targeting new accounts, pursuing competitive manufacturing and distribution by selling direct where necessary. Maintain excellent business relationships with End Users and Distributors while understanding which end users are served through BMS distributors, which are serviced direct and which end Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by making professional presentations, detailed follow up, strong communication, and prompt problem resolution. Meet with customers in person, and via Teams/Zoom calls to positively cultivate existing and new customer relationships to increase sales and revenue for the company. Analyze Data, Design and recommend sales programs, setting short and long term sales strategies. Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume.
