Client Representative Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with exceptional product and service solutions. Utilize in-depth training and extensive knowledge to accurately address customer queries and recommend appropriate products and services. Demonstrate the benefits of our services to customers and increase sales revenue through effective educational techniques. Handle all customer interactions with a high level of care, composure, and understanding while delivering accurate, agile, and transparent support. Document and process customer orders meticulously in our systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Attend daily meetings and weekly training webinars to stay updated about changes and improve program knowledge, systems, and processes.
