The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of all process equipment throughout the plant as well as the supervision and support of the team. He/she will also develop the continuous improvement and safety performance programs. SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide Leadership: The primary function is to provide leadership to all teams within the organization to achieve customer satisfaction and superior business results. As the leader, you will help in the development of the team, provide workplace coaching to enhance skills and performance and lead the employee development and succession planning. Problem-Solving: Act as a coach, teacher, and problem solver, assisting the team in developing standard work procedures, job skills, problem-solving skills, and identifying areas for improvement.
