Regional Facilities Manager As the regional Facilities Manager will ensure the effective delivery of facilities management services across the specified region (Esinteraction and Norfolk), maintaining open and frequent communication with GSMs and Clients ROM. The Regional Facilities Manager will be responsible for: Financial: Manage all expenditures, ensuring effective cost control within agreed budgets for each site in the allocated area. Obtain financial approvals in line with agreed levels of spend authority. Identify and deliver business development opportunities within the budget to enhance customer services. Support the development of capital plans and projects jointly with the customer and designated Manager. People: Directly manage RMTE Supervisors, overseeing: Recruitment and Induction of team members. Training and Development, including appraisals in line with company processes. Compliance with legal training requirements. Validation and performance backssment of direct reports. Up: to: date and compliant Supervisor and Technician training within defined standards. Conduct disciplinary procedures in accordance with the company D and G Policy as required. Manage absence within the team fairly and consistently, conducting Return to Work interviews after each period of absence. SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS Essential: A minimum of A: level education. Recognised technical background with experience in hard FM. Familiarity with ISO Quality standards. Knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation. General Management experience. Experience managing large teams. Ability to plan and organise multi: site work schedules. Previous experience managing large groups of people (1000). Writes and speaks with ease. Strong problem: solving skills. Ability to work under pressure. Leadership and decision: making skills. Customer: focused. Ability to motivate self and others. Full driving license essential.
