As a Customer Services Adviser, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced setting. Working 3 days out of 7 - Inclusive of weekends, 1-2 times per month. 3 x 12 hour shifts, have 3 days off and this will repeat. Will not be 3 set days Working hours between 8AM - 8PM1x Hour Lunch, 2x 20 minute break. So could you be the ideal candidate Do you have a passion for providing outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride Are you able to takei initiative and make choices that arer right fort the customers Do you have a desire to succeed in your role Could you bring your spark to our Team Here's what you need to know before applying: Your key duties will include: - Answering the intercom to assist customers at the Car Park barriers and pay stations. - Handling in bound email queries from clients and customers, and advise them how to appeal correctly. You will be placed in a rotating roster with your fellow CSC members and must be flexible to change working hours You'll be required to work in our office as our contracts are essential services.
