Job Details:Provider side representation with a continued interest in managed care litigation work.Required experience in managed care litigation, particularly in litigating reimbursement disputes arising from in-network contractual relationships.Strong analytical skills for effective case assessment.Excellent writing skills for preparing legal documents and correspondence.Exceptional organizational abilities for managing complex cases.Effective communication skills to engage directly with clients and provide legal counseling and advice.Admission to and in good standing with the Texas Bar. Requirements:3-4 years of managed care litigation experience at a large or specialized firm.Admission to and in good standing with the Texas Bar. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Skills:Provider side representation expertise.In-depth knowledge of managed care litigation, specifically reimbursement disputes.Strong analytical, writing, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to engage directly with clients and provide effective legal counseling.Comfortable handling complex cases and maintaining attention to detail.
