Key experience as Purchasing Administrator: - Requesting information for quotes for products - Placing orders for new, and any urgent products or parts - Preparing all relevant paperwork for deliveries and updating the system when goods arrive in house. - Work effectively with other departments such as sales and warehouse. Key Responsibilities as Purchasing Administrator: - You will have at least 2 years experience working within a purchasing position in a fast-paced environment. - You will have strong customer service skills. - Demonstratable prioritising and organisational skills - Professional telephone manner - A strong team player dedicated to doing a job to the best of your ability.
