This is a fabulous opportunity to be a part of a small but busy team and assist in the planning, co-ordination and operation of the branch. In this role, oversee showroom operations, coordinate teams, handle calls and emails, process documentation, and support the team. Please note: The role does include some lifting of garage doors etc. Responsibilities: Handling customer enquiries Processing orders Assisting with stock control Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles Some heavy lifting involved Responding to emails Dealing with telephone enquiries from the general public, colleagues and suppliers Dealing with customers face to face. Requirements: Some previous customer facing and administration experience Organisational Skills Good communication skills - written and verbal. IT literate Ability to Work in a team environment. Good attention to detail Previous experience working in the Home Improvement Industry, DIY Store, Builders' Merchants or similar.
