Job Titles: Project Controller Salary: £35,000-£52,000 Location: Dorset Insignis Talent are currently working with a leading defence company, based in Dorset, who are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and project delivery-focused Project Controller to join their team. In this role you would be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and controlling projects throughout the lifecycles. Working directly with the project manager, you will define a project's goals, objectives, budgets and schedules. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Microsoft Project schedules in collaboration with project teams Create comprehensive, costed, and resource-loaded project plans with critical path analysis Monitor work package schedules, budgets, and variances, reporting to project managers and leaders Generate standard reports for accurate project information and challenge forecasting accuracy Support Business Intelligence data generation for project, divisional, and board-level reviews Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Personal Qualities Required: Proficiency in project controls and planning methodologieinteractionperience with project lifecycle management techniques Familiarity with risk, earned value management, and critical path analysis Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP and Business Intelligence reporting Strong organizational skills and workload prioritization Commitment to implementing best practice in planning and project control Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail Additional Information: The successful candidate must be able to achieve full SC Security Clearance.
