Stock Controller - Luxury Hotel in Cape Verde Possibility of immediate start Salary: € de base – depending on experience Languages: Portugal and English fluency We are looking for a BACK OF HOUSE / STORE MANAGER / FOOD RECEIVER / OPERATIONAL FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONTROLLER for this Luxury Hotel in Cape Verde. Basic responsibility will include Ensuring the relevant stock levels are ordered and maintained Manage stock distribution across the hotel, working closely with Heads of Departments Develop and analyse financial reports for the hotel Carry out stocktakes and departmental audits Process and track invoices, ensuring relevant information is updated Assist with hotel budgeting Maintain budgeted cost of sales Monitor hotel expenditure Support with costing and sourcing Requirements Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within a Luxury Hotel or Restaurant Group Fluent English and Portuguese Written and Spoken Excellent communication and negotiation skills verbal, listening, writing. To consistently deliver the very highest of standards Must have the ability to lead, multi-task, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment. Have strong organisational and administration skills with close attention to detail.
