The Leasing Agent will market properties utilizing social media and websites and set up showings and open houses. When you join our team you’ll be backed by the best sales force and administrative assistants around. We invest in your continuing education and strengths to help you succeed. Responsibilities: • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property• Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing• Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts• Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards• Express an enthusiastic, positive winning attitude with clients and colleagues• Understand we are selling service, not real estate, and solving the client's needs is our job Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• A proven record of sales experience and success• Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies• An Active Georgia Real Estate License Is Required Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly About Company: We are a successful RE/MAX real estate team. We maintain a residential and commercial sales team, residential and commercial property management team, and private equity company that provides business opportunities for our associates and financial stability to our team.
