Job Summary As an Operations Supervisor , you will provide guidance and motivation to warehouse associates and route drivers as well as ensure effective customer/client rapport is maintained. Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Operations Supervisors , we’d ask you to do the following for us: Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies including training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, and addressing complaints and resolving problems Manage an hourly workforce of warehouse associates and route drivers in a fair and equitable manner in accordance with company policies and procedures backssment Confer with other supervisors to coordinate activities of the operation and attend regular staff meetings to keep informed and updated about current developments related to the business Handle queries from Operations and Management Maintain inventory management system and make recommendations to streamline operations and improve the inventory maintenance process Ensure.
