The Role: As an Account Manager, you will be reporting to Account Director and play a pivotal role in driving impactful campaigns within the Brand division. Responsibilities: Maintain strong media relations and manage influencer communications. Develop and maintain an active understanding of industry issues, marketing objectives, and technology. Lead brainstorms for relevant accounts and new business opportunities. Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and delivering results. Serve as the main contact with influencers on behalf of clients, fostering relationships and providing value-added service. Craft and place stories to provide business press and senior-level influencers with relevant information. Execute digital and social media campaigns, identifying appropriate channels and techniques. Coach, mentor, and motivate junior staff, providing training and learning opportunities. Deliver and manage company responsibilities. Requirements: Previously worked as an Account Manager or in a similar role. Minimum of 3 years experience in a Food and Drink PR agency or in a similar industry. Direct FMCG PR agency experience. Strong brand experience with a focus on B2B sector. Background in executing digital campaigns within a Public Relations setting. Proven experience in client service and delivering ROI. Confidence in dealing with consumer and trade press, social media, and influencer communications. Exceptional copywriting skills with attention to detail.
