The Role: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be managing a diverse caseload including consortium agreements, charity property transactions, planning agreements, and property financing Responsibilities: Handle option agreements, overage or development clawback agreements, and easements/right of way. Maintain an organised file management system, ensuring compliance with specified timescales. Stay updated with continuing professional development requirements. Requirements: Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive, or in a similar role. At least 4 years PQE as a solicitor. Background in business development. Skilled in IT.
