They are dedicated to delivering assured, compliant, and flexible solutions to their clients. The Role: As a Service Controller, you will support Depot Manager in ensuring a profitable workshop, exceeding customer expectations, and meeting STC targets. Responsibilities: Support the service team in diagnosing faults and ordering parts. Generate job cards, estimates, and invoices accurately and promptly. Schedule work and manage workflow effectively. Communicate with customers about service schedules, updates, and completion of work. Process purchase orders with precision. Requirements: Previously worked as a Service Controller or in a similar role. Must have industry knowledge. NVQ level 3 / city and guilds / equivalent experience. Skilled in IT word / excel, outlook.
