This includes centralized and integrated support and services in areas of payment production, corporate credit card management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, as well as month end, calendar year end and fiscal year end procedures and internal controls for transactional financial services for the Province. About Our Opportunity This position reports to and is supported by the Director, Operational Accounting. The accountabilities include management of a shared services operational environment in the areas of Transactional Services/Accounts Payable. This position will provide you with progressive experience in the following: Management of a complex multi-client service delivery environment. Ability to meet deadlines while balancing competing priorities. Supporting and leading a team through implementing departmental strategies. Primary Accountabilities As the Manager of Operational Accounts, you will provide expert leadership and strategic management in the areas of: Providing financial and technical expertise on financial transactional services matters to internal and external clients. Management of shared service transactional business processes, ensuring they align with the strategic business plans of the department.
