Due to progression, our client seek and experienced Media Sales Manager to lead and develop a direct sales team in addition to generating your own revenue streams. The Duties: To lead, mentor and develop a small team of 4 direct field sales executives ensuring targets are met/exceed Guide the team to successfully sell multi-media advertising solutions to businesses across the region Train, discipline and recruit where necessary To meet/exceed your own revenue expectations To grow revenue across the team Working out in the field, in the office and in a hybrid nature will be required The Experience: A minimum of 4 years' media sales management experience The ability to manage the full sales-cycle, from lead sourcing to closing The ability to constantly devise innovative and bespoke methods for increasing all streams of revenue Must have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets You will be required to prospect and create a solid pipeline of opportunities to develop them into strong and viable revenue streams You will consult with new prospective clients on every level, from every industry, and prepare suitable advertising/marketing proposals You will be required to maximise customer retention with all your clients through strong customer service and up-sell where appropriate You should have excellent negotiation and closing skills and an ability to see opportunities in every area The Package/Benefits: A starting salary of up to €60,000 p/a Very high uncapped commissions – €20-30,000+ achievable Excellent mileage allowance using own vehicle Mobile.
