Our client is a reputable London based contractor who specialises in structural alterations. They have live projects all across London and are able to offer services within some of the following areas: cut & carve, demolition, diamond drilling, soft strip, and temporary works. Our client are now on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager for one of their upcoming projects based in the St James’s, London area. Our client is a reputable London based contractor who specialises in structural alterations. They have live projects all across London and are able to offer services within some of the following areas: cut & carve, demolition, diamond drilling, soft strip, and temporary works. Our client are now on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager for one of their upcoming projects based in the St James’s, London area. This project is approximately a £10million Cut & Carve project, where our client is seeking an experienced and proven individual to head it up. Monday – Friday. Project Duration: 50 weeks. Position type: Full time, Permanent. Salary: Competitive package on offer for the right individual. Full job description available upon request. Skills and Requirements: Previous experience as a Construction PM or Senior PM on a similar project Cut & Carve Project experience - essential Professional qualifications Ability to deal with main contractors and other stakeholders Fully competent in H&S. CSCS Black Card is desirable Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills. Can work to tight deadlines and budgets Good IT skills with the ability to produce programmes, reports and comply with all record keeping in line with industry standards and Company procedures.
