About Our Opportunity Do you want to be a part of the exciting changes happening in the Nova Scotian Health System? As the Director, System Integration and Partnerships, within the Department of Health and Wellness, you will have the opportunity to bring together diverse stakeholders and system partners to develop cross-cutting strategies that span the breadth of health system. With a solid understanding of the Department of Health and Wellness’s legislative and regulatory authority, you will be responsible to collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and address opportunities and risks to system “access and flow”, health services planning, and several integrated Action of Health priorities. Working collaboratively across the internal team, the department, and with external partners you will develop and execute strategies and work plans that are co-owned by multiple stakeholders.
