Have it your way You Pick Your Employment Path Option A. THE CAREER OPTION Starting Hourly Pay of Up to $17.00 Per Hour, While Working your Way from HVAC Apprentice to HVAC Journeyman. Option B. EASY STREET OPTION Earn Your Worth, the Sky is the Limit! Get Paid as Much as You Want, Based on Your Production Abilities as an Independent Contractor. Responsibilities : Assist with the installation of Flex ducts. Maintain a safe and clean work environment Track all equipment and supplies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications : Must be able to lift and climb A- frame ladders Ability to handle physical workload Ability to work well in teams Must organize and prioritize effectively Be able to lift 5 lbs. safely
