Role: Registered Service Manager Location: Swindon Salary: up to GBP 46,000 We have partnered with a leading care provider who supports individuals in need and delivers outstanding services making a real and positive impact on those people. The Registered Service Manager will oversee the day: to: day operations of their team ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and placing the individuals in the care at the centre of their leadership and management. Key Responsibilities: : To work alongside Compliance Manager and Operations Manager to review, monitor and plan services supporting the overall strategic direction. : Ensure health and safety guidance, policies and procedures is followed : Ensure all individuals in the duty of care have a comprehensive and detailed Person: Centred Plan : Promote continuity and supportive teamwork in conjunction with the management team : In line with Ofstead regulations lead the overall management and operation of the care services : Be vigilant to the potential safeguarding and health of the well: being of the individuals in the care : Ensure that fair rotas are in place that meet the contracted support hours for each individual with support of the Deputy Manager : Coordinate that all staff attend mandatory training sessions : Be involved in the recruitment and training of new staff The company is looking for a positive individual to help promote new ideas and be essential to the growth of the organisation. OFSTED certifications would be highly beneficial but not essential. In return, we can offer the successful Service Manager a salary of up to GBP 46,000.
